Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please email us at support@bagelbegood.com with your order number and clear photos of the item showing its condition. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Shipping
A flat $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
