Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note: Personalized embroidery items require up to 7 business days for customization before shipping. If your order includes both personalized and non-personalized items, they may ship separately.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
